One of the oldest Urban Planning projects by APG & established in the North Coast of Egypt. The vacation units are arranged on a Vornoi pattern that is disrupted by the linear major, minor streets & cul-de-sac, with important focus on Landscape & walkways in order to facilitate & enhance the pedestrians’ experience from any housing unit reaching the beach.
