The project shall consist of Retail, F&B and entertainment area, similar to the City walk in Dubai, JBR Walk in Dubai. It consists of F&B outlets clusters along a beach walkway that has a welcoming sense to the public, commercial pavilions and plazas, integrated public activity areas, open amphitheater with media and interactive features. Although all F&B and retail buildings are 2 storeys high, all clusters have pathway linking the street promenade and beach walkway with various nodes with interactive landscape elements serve as assemble buffers between the street promenade and the beach walkway. Plot area of our scope in the development is 124476.5 m² is allocated for the proposed Marina promenade development with a GFA of 20670 m².
