APG to carry out Lead design services For Rixos Dubai Residence Phase 1 & 2

After the Successful Role of APG in delivering Rixos Al Saadiyat resort, it comes to implement the Quality and the same delivery process to the new  JV between SML & Nakheel in Rixos Dubai Residence and Hotel Development. As a Turkish-branded operation of Hospitality and Residential Developments , APG had been awarded the lead consultancy for the first two residential Phases for Rixos Bay and Beach Residential blocks that consist of four 9-story structures above the 2-level podium connecting the towers. 

In addition to the Hotel Facility -Phase 3 For all the Engineering, AOR &Supervision services.The Hotel consists of 383 Keys /444 Bays besides the other facilities of swimming pools, gym, spa, and landscape zones. 

APG performs the roles of the Full Engineering Design Consultancy for the whole Lead Consultancy/AoR for the project during the pre-contract stage and engages with Sembol in the supervision stage during the post-contract phase.
