The design for Shams Plot C13 seeks to plan and orientate the tower to take advantage of views and amenity over the Central Park area of the Shams Master plan, the mangrove habitat on the island and beyond towards central Abu Dhabi. The tower is conceived as a series of fingers, the tips of which contain generous living rooms and bedrooms that provide panoramic views from open balcony spaces. The employment of fingers in the design promotes an increased residential amenity which enables more accessibility to cross ventilation and views from each apartment. C13 have generous lobby spaces, accessed by a landscaped porte cochere providing a sheltered set-down area for residents and a transitional space before entering the subterranean car Park. The porte cochere area will be landscaped with high quality materials and employ the use of shared surfaces that act as a continuation of the main lobby space. The top of the tower provides a generous amenity floor with an outdoor pool and terrace, gym, spa and multi-use studio space. The Project Consist of 6 basement levels for services and car park. GF for lobby entrance and retails. 35 typical floors for residential, Two levels for MEP equipment areas in the middle of the tower and at the roof top, & Amenity floor for swimming pool, health club at the Roof.
