THE KITE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The Design approach is to build what can be considered as a landmark for the Waterfront Residents,  though a kite that brings sea life on shore. Consequently, the result is a Tower of unique Exterior Design that rises with extreme elegance & style over the Central Park, in a manner that integrates natural daylight into the Residential units. With beautifully landscaped gardens & good accommodation features such as swimming pool, health club & gymnasium, a high quality of life is provided to the users, along with a luxurious experience that overlooks the beautiful Skyline of Abu Dhabi.
