AL BATEEN MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

This development project is envisaged as a bespoke waterfront community to be developed in the premises of the historic Bateen Marina in the Abu Dhabi Island. The pristine and unique marina location offers the project the premium essential for any development.The project will be developed to become one of the signature developments in the area. It will be in conformity with the larger vision of Abu Dhabi plan 2030 and important guidelines outlined by Urban Planning Council and local authorities. The project is portrayed to feature residential, hospitality, essential retail and F&B components while preserving the historic marina environment. This new development will showcase the commitment of Abu Dhabi to create sustainable waterfront communities and continuous pedestrian-friendly waterfront spaces.
