RIXOS HOTEL PHASE 3 -DEIRA DUBAI ISLAND

As a Turkish Branded operation of Hospitality and Residential Developments , APG had been awarded the lead consultancy for the first two residential Phases <br>for Rixos Bay and Beach Residential blocks that consist each of four 9 story structures above the 2-level podium connecting the towers. <br>
In addition to the Hotel Facility -Phase 3 For all the Engineering , AOR &Supervision services .The Hotel consists of 383 Keys /444 Bays besides the other <br>facilities of swimming pools, gym, spa, and land scape zones. <br>
APG perform the roles of the Full Engineering Design Consultancy for the whole Lead Consultancy/AOR for the project during the pre-contract stage and engaging with Sembol in the supervision stage during the post contract phase.
