HAMPTON HOTEL

The Hampton Hotel project comprises a hotel, a retail area, and a standalone drive-thru coffee shop. The plot area for the project is approximately 2,400 sqm. The hotel is designed to be a 4-star establishment, with Hampton as the operator. According to the authorities, the maximum permissible built-up area (BUA) for the project is 8,640 sqm, spanning up to six floors (G+6). Additionally, there is a standalone coffee shop with an area of approximately 195 sqm. The basic requirements for the project are to be constructed on a shell and core basis, providing a blank canvas for future customization and finishing.
