As a Turkish Branded operation of Hospitality and Residential Developments, APG had been awarded the lead consultancy for the first two residential Phases for Rixos Bay and Beach Residential blocks that consist each of four 9 story structures above the 2-level podium connecting the towers. The podium area consists of swimming pools, gym, spa, and land scape zones. Bay Residence also includes 10 villas. Both phases require External works/services and Landscaping design. APG perform the roles of the Design detailed Architect and Main Engineering Consultant for the whole Lead Consultancy/AoR for the project during the pre-contract stage and engaging with Sembol in the supervision stage during the post contract phase.
