The pricing structure was based on the exact replication of the design from one plot to the other, eliminating the need for additional design work on the second plot. The labor camp encompasses essential facilities such as accommodations, a mess hall, a rest hall, and more. The infrastructure elements include boundary walls, control gates, utilities, road works, and all other necessary services required to support the development.
