The project located in Jubail island, Abu Dhabi, United Arabic Emirates with plot area 11482.28 sqm. This project aims to serve as an Mid-Income housing for workers, we are aiming to do more than creating a decent space for living we will incorporate sustainable features to reduce the cost of construction maintenance, technologies that help empower residents and connect them to outside resources, and greater reverence for human scale and connection to the street, moreover we will use smart furniture for small spaces. The housing project is initiated to accommodate 196 families in an area of 11482.28 square meter area.
