NEW YORK UNIVERSITY ACCOMODATION

The APG team was commissioned by Marya Real Estate to design a luxury residential complex within the New York University community development on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The complex offers a luxury living environment centered around two central podium zones, with high-end residential apartments spread across multiple levels. One planning approach involves a large building mass that cascades down towards New York University, incorporating external terraces for the residential apartments.
