JUBAIL FACILITY MANAGEMENT

The Facility Management Building (Warehouse or Precast Building), shall be built to be used as a facility management, labor hub & material storage areas, as per the following basic requirements for Phase 1 Jubail Island with a possibility of future expansion of an area to be agreed in later stage if any:
Mess room (canteen/cafeteria), offices, prayer room, toilets facilities, all for a total area not more than 450.0 m2.
Enclosed Workshops of total required area not exceeding 250 m2.
Indoor store area of approx. 200.0 m2.
Outdoor store area of approx. 150.0 m2
