DUBAI WHARF RETAIL MALL

Dubai Wharf, a mixed used development within the heart of Dubai Creek that  provides both retail & entertainment facilities, not only for residents but also for  visitors. Our goal is to attract users towards this hub. Thus, a unique Contemporary  Design, along with Modern sophisticated elements of interest, would reflect  Dubai's diversity in shopping, culture, luxury & entertainment. Originally designed as a traditional Souk before the project went on hold, DLR  and APG were retained to envision a new retail mall anchored by the housing towers  and future hotel. Part of the challenge was the designing with the existing structure  for the residential towers that passed through the two (2) retail levels, a very low  floor to floor height and a narrow passageway.
