DAHYAT SUMOU MALL

A Mixed use complex Mall & Retail facilities, distributed along  Symmetrical Traditional Forms that reflect the traditional old  meaning of souq with modern easy facilities through the skylights  for abundant daylight control. Such an approach provided visual unity to the final ensemble that is Contemporary & appealing.
Adding to the main souq mall plaza , four stand alone High rise buildings shall be developed as a Hotels and service apartments that shall have a direct link to the retail mall space.
