KEC BUSINESS PARK

APG proposed different retail open space concept in which the buildings are arranged and placed in such a way to maximize the exterior views to King  AbdulAziz Road. F&B outlets will also enjoy an outdoor seating along the main road. Due to the lack of exterior views on the other three sides of the development, buildings enjoy inward views of a unique landscaped plaza that offers a relaxing visual and physical feeling to visitors and occupants. The proposed design is a mixed-use development consisting of retails, food & beverages, offices and fitness centre. The design constitutes of ten main buildings of Ground+ 2 Storeys.
