The buildings are carefully composed to maximize both sea view and city view, and minimize overlooking. Two lift cores usher hotel guests to 243 Serviced Apartments of different sizes ranging from Studios to 3 Bedroom apartments. The design is composed of one sized modules that are combined to form the different number of bedrooms as needed. This gives much flexibility to the design, as well as creating opportunities for users to rent different layouts adjacent to each other as needed.
