A special Historical value is held for being the largest Mosque in Al-Ain accommodating 4850 Men & 650 Women. A landmark of civilization & a touristic attraction point. This marvellous Mosque is equipped advanced A/C systems, the first of its kind in the city, as well as modern lighting system with colour changing effects for special religious occasions such as Ramadan & religious holidays. The window design maximizes the diffusion of natural light while a lighting system gradually increases the light intensity as we approach the Mihrab. The architectural design of the mosque blends Modern with Traditional in harmony with the surrounding urban context, while exterior colour is quasi similar to the sand of Al Ain desert.
