The project is comprised of fit for purpose stand alone 6,660m² Data center facility, 2,000m² of gross data center raised floor space, upside down roof design for maximum protection against water leakage, secure delivery dock with a dedicated freight elevator and an integrated Building Management Systems that monitors all systems in the data center (power, security, environmental, intruder, access, fire detection and suppression).
